Terms of Service

1. Products

KeyframeLab provides digital products and motion graphics assets for video creators. Product descriptions, compatibility information, and included files are displayed on the relevant product page.

2. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is considered completed after Stripe confirms the payment. After a successful purchase, we may send delivery instructions to the email address provided during Checkout.

3. Product Delivery

Digital products are normally delivered by email after payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed if the payment requires additional verification or if technical issues affect the delivery system.

If you do not receive your product email, contact us at support@keyframelab.store.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable license, you may use the purchased product for your personal and commercial creative projects.

5. Prohibited Use

• Reselling or redistributing the product or download link.
• Uploading the product to public file-sharing services.
• Sharing the product as a standalone downloadable asset.
• Attempting to reverse engineer protected software components.
• Using the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

6. Refunds and Digital Content

Refund requests are handled individually and must be sent to support@keyframelab.store.

Where applicable, digital-content withdrawal rights may be affected when delivery begins with the customer's express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access or refuse service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
