Software License Agreement

1. Permitted Use

• Use the product in personal and commercial video and creative projects.
• Use exported or rendered work in client work, advertising, social media, and other lawful projects.
• Install and use the product on devices you own or control, subject to any product-specific limits.

2. Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product.
• Do not upload the original files or product package to public or shared download services.
• Do not share the original product as a standalone asset or template.
• Do not use the product to create a competing downloadable product.
• Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections in protected software.

3. Ownership

KeyframeLab and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the original product files. This Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

4. No Warranty

The product is provided as described on the product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with every software version, operating system, or third-party application.
